Bonus Policy

From time to time, we may provide bonuses and promotional offers (including, without limitation, FreePlay and Jackpot Vouchers (as defined below), game-related bonuses and free spins). All such offers are governed by this Bonus Policy, the User Agreement (where applicable), and any promotion-specific terms and conditions that are made available to you (“Promotion Terms”). If there is any inconsistency between the Bonus Policy, the User Agreement and/or the Promotion Terms (to the extent they apply to a specific bonus or offer), the order of precedence shall be as follows: (i) Promotion Terms; (ii) Bonus Policy; (iii) User Agreement.

ALL BONUSES

The terms outlined below apply to all bonuses available on 888casino:

  1. Currencies: 888casino allows gameplay in one of the following four currencies, according to the member’s selected preference: US Dollars, GBP, Euros or Canadian Dollars. Any reference to currency (including bonuses, deposit qualifications, wagers, jackpots, and similar items) will be calculated in US Dollars and then converted into your chosen currency.
  2. Wagering requirements: all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements mean that you must place wagers totaling a specified amount before bonus funds and any related winnings become eligible for withdrawal:
    • Except in relation to a pending bonus, wagering requirements may only be completed using Restricted Funds (as defined in point 5 below). Any wagers placed with Available Funds (as defined in point 5 below) will not be counted toward meeting wagering requirements in any way.
    • In relation to a pending bonus, wagering requirements may only be completed using Available Funds, and any wagers placed with Restricted Funds will not be counted toward meeting wagering requirements in any way.
    • Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Promotion Terms: (i) all non-pending bonuses and any winnings resulting from such bonuses may only be withdrawn once an amount equal to no less than 30 (thirty) times the original bonus amount granted has been wagered. For example, to withdraw a bonus of $/£/€10 and any related winnings, you must wager $/£/€300 in Restricted Funds and fully meet all bonus conditions; and (ii) all pending bonuses and any winnings resulting from such bonuses may only be withdrawn once an amount equal to no less than 30 (thirty) times the original bonus amount granted has been wagered. For example, to withdraw a bonus of $/£/€10 and any related winnings, you must wager $/£/€300 in Available Funds and fully meet all bonus conditions.
    • Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion Terms, all bonuses (and any related winnings) will expire within 90 days from the date the bonus is granted. This means that all relevant wagering requirements must be completed within 90 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
    • If you submit a withdrawal request, you will forfeit all Restricted Funds (including, without limitation, free spins, FreePlay and jackpot vouchers) and any associated winnings that have not been converted into Available Funds.
    • Wagering on all games at 888casino contributes toward wagering requirements, however certain games contribute at different rates. The table below outlines the contribution percentages for each game category:

    • Examples:
      • If you wager $/£/€500 in Restricted Funds on Video Slots in relation to a non-pending bonus, the full $/£/€500 (100%) will count toward the wagering requirements.
      • If you wager $/£/€500 in Available Funds on Caribbean Poker in relation to a pending bonus, $/£/€100 (20%) will count toward the wagering requirements.
    • Low-risk wagering, such as placing equal bets on red and black in roulette, will not be considered valid wagering for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements.
    • If you have more than one non-pending bonus at the same time with unmet wagering requirements, all wagers placed using Restricted Funds (subject to the conditions above) will be applied to the wagering requirements of the first non-pending bonus granted. Only after those requirements are completed will wagering be applied to the next non-pending bonus.
    • If you have more than one pending bonus at the same time with unmet wagering requirements, all wagers placed using Available Funds (subject to the conditions above) will be applied to the wagering requirements of the first pending bonus granted. Only after those requirements are completed will wagering be applied to the next pending bonus.
  3. Limitations: 888casino bonus promotions are available to all members (unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotion Terms or related communications) but are subject to the following limitations:
    • For members located in certain jurisdictions, territories or states, specific bonuses (including the Welcome Bonus) may not be available, and different wagering requirements may apply to the withdrawal of bonuses and any related winnings.     • Eligibility for bonus promotions is restricted to one player per household, even where more than one computer is located at the same address. User identity may be determined based on any or all of the following: name, postal address, email address, IP address, payment card number, computer details, and any other form of identification that may be required.
  4. Bonuses may only be used on selected games.
  5. Your account consists of both “Available Funds” (which may also be referred to on the website as ‘Cash Balance’, ‘Deposit Balance’ or ‘Deposit Funds’) and “Restricted Funds” (which may also be referred to on the website as ‘Bonus Balance’). Restricted Funds include all bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements, any winnings generated from those bonus funds, as well as free spins, FreePlay, jackpot vouchers, Tournament Tickets, Free Bet Tokens and Profit Boost Tokens. Available Funds include funds you have deposited, any winnings generated from those funds, and any bonus funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements. Available Funds may be: (i) used on any eligible game; or (ii) withdrawn at any time in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy.
  6. If your account contains both Available Funds and Restricted Funds, your next wager will be placed using Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once your Available Funds balance reaches zero. This does not apply to the use of free spins, FreePlay, jackpot vouchers, Tournament Tickets, Free Bet Tokens and Profit Boost Tokens, which may be used at any time.
  7. If you have successfully made a real money deposit into your account and you place a wager on casino games using Restricted Funds only and you win, you may receive winnings up to a maximum of $500/€500/£500, depending on your selected account currency. Any winnings exceeding $500/€500/£500 will not be credited.
  8. If you have not successfully made a real money deposit into your account and you place a wager on casino games using Restricted Funds and you win, you may receive winnings up to a maximum of $100/€100/£100, depending on your selected account currency. Any winnings exceeding $100/€100/£100 will not be credited.
  9. The limitations described in points 7 and 8 above do not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from Restricted Funds, as such winnings are not capped. From July 25th, 2024, wagers on progressive jackpots using FreePlay or free spins will not be permitted, and such wagers will not be eligible to win progressive jackpot prizes.
  10. Until you successfully complete a real money deposit into your account, the maximum amount that may be transferred to your Available Funds balance is $100/€100/£100, subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirements.
  11. Jackpot prizes will not increase as a result of wagers placed with Restricted Funds. Only wagers placed with Available Funds will contribute to jackpot prize growth.
  12. Please note that if you do not log in to your account for a period of 90 days, any Comp Points held in your account will be forfeited without further notice and will not be refundable.
  13. Wagers placed using Restricted Funds do not count toward the accumulation of Comp Points. Additional information regarding Comp Points can be found here.
  14. In any calendar month, you may accumulate a maximum of 5,000,000 (five million) Comp Points. Any Comp Points earned in excess of this limit within a calendar month will be forfeited.
  15. If there is a pending message in your account cashier relating to your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate in, or continue participating in, any promotion. In such circumstances, any bonus or benefit already received or eligible to be received under that promotion will be forfeited.
  16. If you contract with 888 UK Limited under the User Agreement available here, and we reasonably suspect an attempt to abuse any bonus (as described in Section 9.2 (k) of the Terms of Service), we may: (i) decline to grant the bonus; (ii) request additional identification documentation in accordance with Section 12.3 (i) of the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account in line with the applicable User Agreement.
    If you contract with Virtual Global Digital Services Limited under the User Agreement available here, or with Virtual Digital Services Limited under the User Agreement available here, and we reasonably suspect potential bonus abuse, we may: (i) decline to grant the bonus; (ii) request additional identification documentation; or (iii) block or restrict your account.
  17. In relation to any bonus granted to you, if you have registered for a future poker tournament that has not yet taken place and/or placed a sports bet using Available Funds that has not yet been settled, you will only be able to use Restricted Funds once the poker tournament has concluded and/or the sports bet has been settled, as applicable.
  18. Registration promotions and first deposit promotions cannot be combined with any other similar promotion.
  19. We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion at any time and for any reason. Any bonuses granted prior to such action will remain valid in accordance with the terms applicable at the time they were granted.

  21. This Bonus Policy is drafted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions of this Bonus Policy and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

FREE SPINS AND FREEPLAY BONUS

The terms below apply to free spins and FreePlay:

  1. All free spins and FreePlay credited to a player’s account will expire after 14 days. Any free spins or FreePlay that are not used within this period will be removed from the account.
  2. Any winnings generated from free spins and FreePlay are treated as bonus funds and are subject to the terms outlined above that apply to all bonuses, including, for the avoidance of doubt, wagering requirements.
  3. Winnings from free spins and FreePlay are credited only after the player has completed the use of all free spins or FreePlay.
  4. Winnings from free spins and FreePlay are subject to caps, as specified in the applicable Promotion Terms.
  5. You are not permitted to use FreePlay or free spins to place wagers on, or to win, any progressive jackpot prize.

JACKPOT VOUCHERS

The following terms apply to jackpot vouchers:

  1. A jackpot voucher may be issued by us to a player as a form of bonus.
  2. A jackpot voucher may only be used to participate in a jackpot game selected by us.
  3. We reserve the right to change, at any time, the jackpot game for which a jackpot voucher may be used.
  4. Jackpot vouchers may not be: (i) exchanged or redeemed for cash; (ii) combined to create a voucher of higher value; or (iii) transferred from one player to another.
  5. All jackpot vouchers credited to a player’s account will expire on the earlier of: (i) 14 days from the date they are granted; or (ii) the expiry date specified in the applicable Promotion Terms. Any jackpot voucher not used within this period will be cancelled.
  6. Players who use a jackpot voucher to participate in a jackpot game will only be eligible to win and receive the jackpot prize, and not any additional amounts in connection with that jackpot game.
  7. Any jackpot prize won using a jackpot voucher will not be subject to wagering requirements.
  8. All jackpot winnings remain subject to the provisions of the User Agreement, including, without limitation, those relating to jackpot winnings and player win verification.
